Orders exceeding $100 qualify for standard FREE shipping. The foremost cost for a small business is shipping, as such it is calculated after all applicable discounts and promotions. Your package is our highest priority. Know each order is gift wrapped & handled with the utmost care.

Order Process & Delivery Policy
An order confirmation email will be sent immediately after an order is placed. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing in-stock items. Business days are Monday through Friday only, not including holidays. An order may be canceled before shipment. Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
After an order is shipped, items may only be exchanged for store credit. Please see return policy. BrightLikeDiamonds.com is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, postal errors, postal delays, transportation failures, and acts of nature.
Standard orders must be placed by 2pm PST to start processing the same day. To assure you receive the low prices, some items are filled directly by the distributor, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Please note that free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer.
At this time we only ship throughout the Contiguous U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
After processing (3-5 days) and shipment confirmation is sent, allow for up to 24 hours to be able to track the package.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer shipping to these addresses and locations. All orders require a physical U.S. address. We can only ship to one address per order.

We can only ship to one address per order. Please place mutiple orders for multiple locations.
BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS
All orders process and ship Monday thru Friday, not including the holidays listed below. If the order is placed after the 2pm PST cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving order. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the receive date and include the packing slip. Items must be in new condition with the tags and packaging attached to receive full credit.
- Any product issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- All returned merchandise must be unused and unwashed with original packaging with all tags and packing materials included.
- Any item that has been used is NOT eligible for return.
- All returns have a $5 re-stocking fee.
- The original shipping charges are NOT refundable, and the customer must pay for any new shipping charges resulting from an exchange.
- Order must not have been purchased as a clearance, final sale, or otherwise restricted type of sale as stated on the website.
Return by Mail
Please contact Customer Care, we are more then happy to go over your concerns and chat with you about the best way to find a solution. Complete the Request a Callback form and include, please include: Order Number, Email, phone to contact, and reason for return shipment. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping charges, unless the return was a result of our error.
At this time, we can only accept returns/exchanges on three individual items in any 365-day period. After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you did not include the correct shipping information and the package is marked as un-deliverable or is returned to sender, then the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to reship. Bright Like Diamonds is not responsible for return orders that may be damaged or lost in transit. We will cover the return shipping cost caused by our error, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Reward points will be deducted for returned items.
We cannot accept returns on products that have been heavily used. Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Please allow 14 business days for Bright Like Diamonds to receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of receiving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive the refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Missing Items in Shipment
If you receive a package and there is a missing item, you must notify us within two (2) days to ensure proper handling of your claim. After two (2) days, we are not responsible for missing items not reported to us within the stated timeframe.

This website claims no credit for any images posted on this site unless otherwise noted. Images on this site are copyright to its respectful owners. If there is an image appearing on this site that belongs to you and do not wish for it appear on this site, please email email@example.com with a link to said image and it will be promptly removed.
